Your order will be delivered by 3 pm on the following work day via parcel force or DPD.
All orders are tracked, insured and have a guaranteed delivery day.
Orders must be placed by 10 am on Monday - Thursday to receive next day delivery.
If next day delivery was requested on a Friday, on the weekend, on an English Bank Holiday or after 10 am on a regular day the order will be dispatched by next day delivery on the next available working day.
After your order is placed a tracking number will be available to you with other tracking details.
You must be present at the delivery address to sign for the parcel at delivery. In your absence a card would be left for you to produce at the local sorting office in order to collect your order.
Allow eight working days from the date of dispatch before forwarding us a complaint on loss item.

According to the regulations of Royal Mail and their International Partners Makeup Offers UK cannot facilitate orders exceeding 2 kg in weight. In such situations customers are kindly requested to divide the full order into 2 kg portions to ensure successful dispatch.
Due to the regulations imposed by Civil Aviation Authority, Makeup Offers UK cannot legally courier Perfumes, Aftershaves, Nail Polish or Aerosols through postal network. If your order consists of the items mentioned above they would be only couriered by road.
Please check with the local post office or the local sorting office, if you have not received your order or a notification card within two weeks, as handling errors are known to have happened in the past.
